My name is Lukas Smola and I'm a musicaholic. Over the years I have come across an extensive amount of fantastic music and eventually built this site to condense all my years of research into one, easy to use portal so you can enjoy them too.
When this site was launched I primarily focussed on the Funky House genre and you can see that reflected in my early mixes which you can find in the Media section. Early
influences were artists like Dj Cassius, Dimitri from Paris, Erick Morillo, Armand van Helden, Tim Deluxe and Joey Negro.
Recently due to inspirations like Dj Marky and XRS, London Elektricity, Aphrodite, High Contrast, Jungle Brothers and Total Science I've started to delve into the realms of Drum and Bass and for good measure there's always a touch of House or Electro feel mixed in as well.
